Shipping and Fulfillment Policy

Santa Mia products are handcrafted in small batches. Your order is prepared, inspected, and packaged with care to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.

Order Processing Time

Because we operate primarily with pre-made small batches:

Processing time: 3–5 business days (Mon–Fri)
High-demand items or fresh-made items may require an additional 1–3 days
You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order leaves our studio

If you need a rush order, please email us — we do our best to help.

Local Pickup (Free)

Available in Kingston, Ontario.

You will receive a “Ready for Pickup” email with the exact pickup address and instructions.
Please pick up within 7 days of notification.

Shipping Rates (Canada Only)

We currently ship throughout Canada.

Flat rate:

Orders under $150: calculated at checkout
Orders $150+: $5 flat rate
Orders $300+: FREE shipping

These tiers are designed to make it easier for customers to support a small business rather than paying high courier rates.

Shipping Carriers

Orders ship via:

Canada Post
UPS
FedEx (depending on rates and location)

A tracking number will be provided if applicable / when available.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package is handed to the carrier, delays are outside our control.
If your package is lost, we will:

Help file a claim
Offer store credit or replacement depending on the situation

We cannot refund items marked “delivered” by the carrier.

Damaged Deliveries

If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 72 hours with photos and your order number.

We will replace or refund the damaged item.
